I passed through the park for twenty-thirty minutes while running errands.
Prairie Warbler- 3
Palm Warbler- 5
Black-throated Blue Warbler- 1
Black-and-white Warbler- 2
Black-throated Green Warbler- 1
Ovenbird-1
It was good to see these birds this early in the year. They are all less common in the Panhandle where I go to school. Black-throated Blues and Ovenbirds are just about absent in the Pensacola area. I almost missed them for my 2008 list! I am heading back to school tomorrow. It was great seeing some old faces again. Hopefully I can make it to the Tallahassee area for the great TAS North Florida trip this MLK weekend.
