Hello Coot Bay CBC'ers: I got an email a couple of days ago stating that Flamingo (in Everglades NP) is changing concessioners, and as a result of this, the fuel, convenience store, etc. would be closed for a little bit. I have not received notice that it has re-opened. So to be on the safe side, I recommend everyone participating in tomorrow's CBC bring their food, coffee, and snacks, and make sure your car has a full tank of gas... it's a long drive to the nearest gas station. Hopefully it will have re-opened (it's so nice to eat ice cream in the afternoon after Christian Point Trail...).
