Since late April I denied Paul Bithorn's correct i.d. of the parakeet's we saw in Miami Springs during the Birdathon. After we saw the Red-fronted Parakeet I looked it up in the internet. All the "Red-fronted Parakeet's" I found on the internet did not not look anything like the ones we saw in Miami Springs. The "Red-fronted Parakeet" I found on the computer was infact a different bird also called Red-fronted Parakeet from New Zealand ( Cyanoramphus novaezelandiae )
That was why I got confused and asked all the questions about the Red-masked Parakeet. The ones breeding in Miami Springs are aratinga parrots. That was why I denied the i.d. Thanks for helping me everyone, especially Susan Epps who gave me the good description of the parakeets. Sorry to all.
