Tom of Merritt Island posted that he saw the Ross's and Snow Geese on Wednesday. I had been looking all week, and had not been able to locate them until today. Around 4:30 P.M. at #8 on Black Point Wildlife Drive (Merritt Island NWR). I saw 2 immature Snow Geese feeding with one Ross's Goose about 150 yards out from the road. I wanted to get a better picture of these birds, but they were too far out for my equipment. I had seen them about 2 weeks ago close up, and they were amazing.
