There aren't any spots that I know of in Miami. They can be found year round but inconsistently in the agricultural fields in western Homestead and Florida City.
Areas south of the airport are great for parakeets and parrots, both mynas, and hopefully orioles and bulbuls.
Look at the TAS page for local birding for reliable locations for any targets.
