The Bald Eagle was seen from the metro-rail in the zoo. Technically, the bird was not in the zoo property, but was far in a pine forest west of the zoo. The area it was seen is private and you can not enter. You can only see the eagle from the zoo. It would take good luck to see it again unless you stay in the spot in view of the pines. I would not reccomend trying to find it again since it costs money and would be risky to try to find it again. The Cooper's Hawk was in Morningside Park. Unless you want to wait until fall to find one, check these Hawks out soon. They will be here all summer.
