It can occasionally have some good birds like a screech owl I saw there about 2 months ago. Also around 4 hill mynas. Nothing much else but in the cooler months warblers can be see, They are mostly redstarts and black-throated blues. Nothing you don't have already. I would'nt really reccomend for you since you would have all the birds there already. Plus, it's not that big. If you want to get the hill mynas, check it out.
