It was great to meet some of you on Saturday. You had better luck finding Sora than I did! A big question - For anyone who might have seen the bird at Green Cay - can you help with ID?
Warbler sized - yellow spectacles - bright yellow throat, olive green back of head, white underbelly, wingbars - perfect for Yellow-throated Vireo except for faint black striping along the breast. The spectacles were not bold enough for BTG warbler, but can YT Vireo show the striping on the breast? Gorgeous bird, very flighty but showed itself when I arrived at 8 and was still carrying on in the parking lot oaks at 10 when I left. HELP!!
