There are the regular summer birds. A couple parrots and mynas maybe. There are tons of Common Peafowl (peacocks). They are lifers as nobody really owns them and they are breeding in the area and neighborhoods. If I saw a few in the neighborhoods around it, they would be lifers. They would go under my unestablished breeding exotics.
