Here are the links to my photos of the Rusty Blackbird seen by Jeff Weber, Miguel Padura, Spike Updegrove and me at Pa-hay-okee today as well as the White-crowned Sparrow at Mahogany Hammock.

After leaving Jeff & Miguel at Mahogany Hammock, Spike and I made our way down to Flamingo. At Paroutis Pond we found only a few Roseate Spoonbills, a few Pied-billed Grebes at Nine Mile Pond, virtually nothing at West Lake but at Mrazek Pond we found Blue & Green-winged Teal, a few American Wigeon and Northern Shovelers. At the marina in Flamingo we had beautiful close-up views of both morphs of Short-tailed Hawks as they flew only a few hundred feet above us. An adult Bald Eagle flew in harassing an Osprey in an attempt to dislodge a fish that the Osprey was planning on turning into a meal. Also, one American Crocodile and one Florida Alligator were sunning themselves across the canal from the marina. There wasn't anything worth mentioning at Eco Pond nor at the Flamingo Campground. A score or so American White Pelicans along with some Brown Pelicans, lots of Little Blue herons, White Ibis and other waders including one Reddish Egret were seen at the submerged sandbar out from the walkway near the old restaurant at Flamingo. Royal Tern & Laughing Gulls were also seen but the tide was too high for shorebirds. It was nice putting a face to a name today at Lucky Hammock. Nice seeing all of you (and you know who you are)!
