First, congratulations on getting video under difficult conditions. While it is a little shaky, it is certainly better than many bird photographs submitted for identification. In my opinion, this is a Bobcat (Lynx rufus). During seconds 11 through 14 I think it is possible to see a short tail. Mountain lions have a long "J-shaped" tail that I believe would be at least detectable in this video, and in fact might have been very obvious if present. I do get the impression that this is a rather robust Bobcat (at least compared to the one I saw in south Florida), although without obvious scale it is difficult to be sure of size. Again, good job getting the video, getting images of any Felid can be quite a difficult undertaking.
