Hundreds seen flying south around 6:00 p.m. from Hialeah. I don't know where, but they are obviously roosting together somewhere. Common Mynas expanding too, with GREAT numbers in Hialeah. Maybe 20 or so near the Palmetto. Their numbers were good a few years back, but now they are everywhere. Least Terns along the Tamiami Trail in good numbers too. Like the Brown Pelican, you would not think they were endangered. They are pretty common. The Fan-tailed Pigeon are up to 5 birds now, and I guess their nest was sucessful.
Also saw Eastern and Gray Kingbirds, and Shrikes. The Eastern Kingbird was on fence post over-looking a cow field between Kendall and Hialeah.
