We, birding with Susan Schneider, saw many of the same. 8 species of raptors for the day. We added House wrens at Long Pine Key. Interestingly there was a male singing the spring House wren song there, to what looked like a female that was fluttering her wings rapidly (and constantly). Begging/courtship behavior? This went on for several minutes...Pretty late in the year (and wrong location?) for this?
