Went to check out the Tropical Kingbird this morning. It was located where it was supposed to be, accompanied by one Western Kingbird and an E. Phoebe. The differences with the Western were obvious (greener back, brighter yellow and larger bill). I did not hear it call as it actively flycatched (The Western seemed lethargic by comparison).

At Cutler and adjacent areas saw the following:
Cooper's Hawk
Red-Shouldered Hawk
Turkey Vulture
Anhinga
DC Cormorant
White Ibis
Wood Stork
Greater Flamingo
Roseate Spoonbill
GB Heron
LB Heron
Tricolored Heron
Snowy Egret
Great Egret
Shoveler
Blue-Winged Teal
Mottled Duck
Killdeer
Greater Yellowlegs
Lesser Yellowlegs
Black-Bellied Plover
Least Sandpiper
Dowitcher
Wilson's Snipe
Avocet
BN Stilt
Laughing Gulls
Coot
Moorhen
Belted Kingfisher
Catbird
Palm Warbler
LH Shrike
Red-Winged Blackbird
Boat-Tailed Grackle
