A late Pectoral Sandpiper was the only real surprise at the H. A. Campbell Public Use Area today. Other interesting sightings included three FOS American Bitterns, nine Roseate Spoonbills, five FOS American Pintails, one Snail Kite, two Peregrine Falcons, six FOS Marsh Wrens, FOS Savannah Sparrows and a FOS Swamp Sparrow.

The H. A. Campbell Public Use Area is located about five and a half miles west of US 27 just north of the Broward Palm Beach County line just east of the Holy Land WMA. Here is a list of species observed there today with a few numbers and notes.
