Could be either a Cooper's Hawk or a Sharp-shinned Hawk. It's hard to tell the size but I'd guess Cooper's. You can tell it's one of these by the dark cap just barely visible in this picture. Also the red eye of this adult as opposed to the dark eye of an adult Red-shouldered. Keep an eye on this bird. They are very agile hunters of other birds and can be a lot of fun to watch hunt.
