I went camping and canoeing this weekend at Fisheating Creek Wildlife Management Area in Glades County. How hard did it rain up there this weekend? Well, when I went to bed last night, I discovered that a swimming pool had been installed in my tent! My king-sized air mattress saved me, as the only loss was my National Geo, 5th ed.

In spite of the rain, the creek was beautiful, as always. I did tally a few birds between raindrops:
