To expand on Larry's brief answer, the Nov/Dec issue of "Birding" will have the Checklist Committee report that adds Common Myna to the ABA list. The FOSRC had previously added it to the Florida list.
Under current ABA rules, it became countable once the Checklist Committee voted to accept it. You need not wait for publication in "Birding".
The ABA newsletter "Peeps" includes a list of all 10 new species on the ABA list.
