The most reliable place to find them, in my experience, is the Publix Shopping Center just west of 137th Avenue on North Kendall Drive. The Kendale Lakes Plaza across the street also has them in abundance. I see them every time I go there.
But, I have seen them in many other shopping centers throughout Kendall Drive. I have also seen them on the west end of Miller Drive (56th street and 152nd Avenue) reliably.
