I usually see them every week in Broward near the Swap Shop flea market (sunrise and 95 area). Very often they are foraging on the offramps from I-95, and groups of them hang around the flea market stalls and movie screens.
I second the suggestion to look in shopping mall parking lots - check out the large signs for Publix, etc. where they often hang out IN the signs.
