Yesterday afternoon, I spent a little over a couple of hours birding the neighborhood north of Kendall Baptist Hospital and a little bit of Kendall Baptist Hospital itself. Since I commute through the area daily, I thought that I should really try to see these fabled bulbuls but luck with this exotic was not with me today (or any other attempt, yet). However, I did get to see some good birds:

Exotics:
Muscovy Duck (~35)
Mitred Parakeet (~35-40, large roosting flock on the wire)
Monk Parakeet (9)
Rock Pigeon (many)
Eurasian Collared-dove (many)
European Starling (too many!)
Hill Myna (2)
Spot-breasted Oriole (2)

Other birds seen:
Snowy Egret
Tricolored Heron
White Ibis
Turkey Vulture
American Kestrel
Cooper's Hawk
White-crowned Pigeon (6 -- neighborhood north of Baptist is VERY reliable for this species, in my 3 or so bulbuless visits)
Mourning Dove
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Blue Jay
Fish Crow
Loggerhead Shrike (3)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (2)
Northern Mockingbird
Palm Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
American Redstart
Red-winged Blackbird
Common Grackle
Boat-tailed Grackle
