Once that opens, click on "Corkscrew Journal". Read the entry for Tuesday, October 14 that "Bob Bauer had a very unique but definite sighting -- a Red-breasted Nuthatch, which shouldn't have been in South Florida at all." What are the chances of RBNU occurring here? I know that one was seen years ago in Miami-Dade. Is that the only record for South Florida? I know some of the "walkers" (docents) at Corkscrew Sanctuary. I was told that this was a one-person sighting and that no photos were taken or other documentation. Hmmmm. . . .
