Smooth-billed ani/Snowy plovers

Thanks to Alex and the other members who posted info on the Smooth-billed ani's near the Ft Lauderdale airport. We added this ifer (#300!) quite easily, as six or so ani's were easy to see along the fence inside the airport confines.

While staying in Sanibel, we were glad to see two Snowy Plover's present. We've seen 2-4 every year we stay there, and found these two on the last day of our vacation. We also added a half dozen more snail kites to our single individual spotted last year at the abandoned air boat concession on an Tamiami Trail. Great fun, as always. Again, thanks to the TAS members who responded on the ani's!
