There is a pair of White-tailed Kites that have been seen numerous times in the past few months in STA-3/4 (east of the Holeyland tract south of Belle Glade). I have seen them 3 times since August and recently Brian Garrett, an employee of the SF Water Management District, captured some photos. I've posted one here. He would like to state that STA-3/4 is not open to the general public but the SFWMD would be willing to arrange group tours of this area upon request.
