I just got an email from a friend who's friend found the bird in the middle of Old Dixie Highway in Boca Raton! It was taken to a wildlife rehabber where it died. It will be sent to UF where it can hopefully join the collection.
What else might be offshore? (or on US 1) Time for another Toelagic!
