Hey birders, today I saw a Downy Woodpecker munching on insects at sw 53rd ct and 84th terrace. I saw it for about 5 minutes and then I moved on. I was spotted easily by its call. Possibly also a nest hole the woodpecker on the old tree around there. It has been on those trees for the past month or so. Also two possibly three brown thrashers around the same area. They were also singing. Easily identified by there call. Great birding
