There is a very late Blackpoll in Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP. It is along the bike path ~30 yards south of restrooms. It seems to be a heavily marked female. The legs are dull and fairly dark, but the soles and toes are yellow. It was giving a soft version of its chip, rather than the "zeet" flight call.
On Crandon Beach, a 1st summer Lesser Black-backed Gull remains. Until 2 days ago, 2 other LBBG were also present. They seemed to be ~2nd and 3rd winter birds. Seven Sanderlings remain -- I guess undecided on where to spend the summer.
