Thanks for posting those directions to Orchard View Park. I haven't been there before and though it was a small little park I found a nice variety of migrants, especially in the trees behind the bathrooms.
Highlights:
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Ruby-throated Hummingbird
Swainson's Thrush
Scarlet Tanager
Red-eyed Vireo
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Ovenbird
I stopped over at Delray Oaks afterwards but didn't pick up anything new except for a female Painted Bunting and an Eastern Wood-Pewee. Overall, a great afternoon's worth of birding and now I have two new parks on my radar.
