Click on the picture in flickr. Get the large image not the thumbnail. Right click on the large picture and than go to "properties". Copy the address up to and including the "dot(.) jpg". Do not take anything after the jpg, not even the question mark.

Than paste that copy into the "Optional Image URL" box at the bottom of the page.

For a study, right click on the picture posted above and see the display under property.
