It was on a palm tree in Morningside Park, then flew into a Ficus tree. It had a yellowish, huge bill, and was black and white. Morningside Park is far from the Parrot Jungle site, and is along Biscayne Boulavard.

There were at least two of these after Hurricane Andrew that escaped from I believe the Ft. Lauderdale area. I think they were from a private party. There certainly could be others around.
