I was at Sadowski Park today from 1230 to 1330. At the first bridge after passing thru the open area with benches under the large tree I observed a few good warblers. Right away I spotted a Prothonotary and I just stood on the bridge watching the bird show as various birds flitted through the canopy. The list is as follows: Tennessee,Yellow-throated Vireo,American Redstarts,Black-throated Blues (male and female),Downy Woodpecker,Northern Parula, Black-and-white,Ruby-throated Hummingbirds,Palm Warbler,Red-bellied Woodpecker,Great Egret,Common Yellowthroat,White-eyed Vireo and Gray Catbirds. Not bad for being there the worst time of the day!
