On the count today I had 48 species in about 2 hours.
Highlights include:
3 Painted Buntings (all female)
7 Warbler species: redstart, black-throated blue, common yellow-throat, magnolia, pine, yellow, and yellow-throated
1 Sora (probably the same one I saw last week)
The Cooper's Hawk was activitely hunting over the islands so I'm sure I missed some birds that were lying low.
