Hey Vincent, I might of made a mistake of the bird I saw. It had the black collored on it. It was in a telephone pole. I thought it was a ringe-turtle dove because it had an almost white underpart. Probably it got whiter with the wind. Most likely it would of been a Eurasian Collored Dove. Sorry
