With numbers appearing good elsewhere and having been washed out at Matheson at dawn I decided to have a look around UM campus and see if there was much around.
In the morning around the canal area:
Ovenbird - plenty
Yellow-throated warbler 2
Black and white warbler 4
Northern Parula 3
American Redstart 10+
Black throated Blue Warbler 5/6
Magnolia Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 1
Red eyed Vireo 1
Numbers in the afternoon were lower at the Arboretum behind the Cox Science Centre with the majority being American Redstart and BTB Warbler. The only different bird here was Ruby throated Hummer.
