Cape Florida: migrants

Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP had its first good push of migrants today with 17 warbler species. Birds were seen between No Name Harbor and bike path restrooms and seemed to arrive throughout the morning. Later in the day, numerous Merlins, Sharp-shinned Hawks and several Peregrine Falcons were over Crandon Park. Cape Florida birds of interest:

Limpkin 1 wandering through the hammock
White-crowned Pigeon 2
Yellow-billed Cuckoo 3
Traill's Flycatcher 1
Red-eyed Vireo 2
Bobolink 150+
