Gary and I were joined by Jeannette Rawls and Roxanne Henderson yesterday to cover Larry & Penny Thompson Memorial Park, Castellow Hammock and then the Chekika area. We birded from 7 am to around 4 pm. We started at Larry & Penny Thompson and covered the park and the campground area(to go in the camping section you need to get permission from the office). We then went to Castellow Hammock followed by Chekika. We had a total of 57 species, and 1,378 individuals. Here's our list:
