It seems that all the good birds were in the extreme south of the county, because Matheson Hammock this morning could not have been any less active. Only migrants seen were Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Red-eyed Vireo, Northern Parula, and Ovenbird. Also seen were Great Crested Flycatcher and Pileated Woodpecker.
