My bad on the Common Terns...
I thought we didn't see any Common Terns close enough to photograph and I made the assumption they were Forster's. I have to check guides for terns I only see a few times year and I didn't on these.
The Jeager appears to me to be a Parasitic and unless you can give me more than how stocky the bird appears I'm not ready to change my mind. There is far too much white on the belly and flanks for it to be a Pomarine in my opinion.
I have submitted the photos to ID-FRONTIERS Frontiers of Field Identification board for help.
Let's see what they say.
