Thanks Paul, I am cursed with a bit of recall for life's stranger twists.

I have this scene embedded in my memory, from the mid 1970's, of a 20 foot Seacraft the "Bait Stealer", being mauled and sunk by the surf off Stuart, Florida. The captain was Kenny Bittner. Also aboard was the noted fisherman Ralph Delph. The other passenger was a rising, young accountant/angler who also owned a 20ft. Seacraft named "Hook, Line and Leader."

The subsequent rescue and the following events became part of the Miami Sportfishing Club's lore.
