I was able to go a bit out of my way this afternoon and go to Virginia Beach for about a half hour seawatch...there were few birds about, but I was lucky enough to see a Brown Booby flying north to south, picking it up over Government Cut and watching as it fought its way south right past me, no more than 100 yards away.
