Hi Everyone,

I'll be traveling to South FL (actually driving from JAX to Tampa to Flamingo to Fort Lauderdale) next week, Ike permitting, to add some birds to my current ABA 2008 total of 518 spp. I've been to the area a few times and know my way around and generally where to find things, but a couple of quick questions come to mind:

- Any local (presumed legit) sightings of Gr. Flamingo recently?

- Am I too late for Swallow-tailed Kites, and if there are lingerers, where are they?

- Should I forget about Budgerigar?

- How likely am I to get Mangrove Cuckoo at or on the drive to Flamingo?

- Are the SB Anis still at FLL?

Hoping for the best with Ike, as I am set to arrive Wednesday evening...
