Migration From The Other End

I've been keeping an eye and an ear out for migration here in Pensacola.

The only bit of migration I noticed was earlier this week. Between birds seen on the University of West Florida campus and Ft. Pickens National Seashore, I saw perhaps nearly a thousand Black Terns. Snowy Plover were also seen, among a few other larids and shorebirds.

Great-horned Owls, Red-headed Woodpeckers, a Hooded Warbler are all nice to see in the area as well.
