I went to a Birthday party on Tuesday ans saw some great birds. The location I went I'm not sure right now but I'll post it up in the afternoon. I saw many Monk Parakeets nesting on a plam next to the lake. I saw a common Moorhen with a baby chick. I also saw a Loggerhead shriek and its nest on the oak tree. I did see an awesome sight: The Tricolored Heron (lifer) was spotted around the lake. Well I also many, many grackles. Also I saw huge flock of warblers or small birds flying to the Northwest. Their were about 200+ birds. Great birding and good luck with the coopers hawk nest.
