Constuction is underway for a third multi-level parking garage in the section of parking lot #1 across from the Engineering and Computer Science Building. Since this area is blocked-off, one can only park to the east and west of it. It was on the east side that I saw the bird, on the adjacent grass area north of the Chemistry and Physics buiding. These parking lots are the ones closest to Tamiami Trail. By the way, no cowbird today.
