There were a pair of waterfowl in the parking lot of Flamingo Gardens earlier this week... can not ID. Possibly Egyptian Geese. If you are in the area keep an eye out...
Also, of interest considering the season, I had a Black and White Warbler in my yard earlier in the week and a male American Redstart this morning. I am in the Riverland neighbor of Fort Lauderdale.
