At 12:15 PM today I watched a lazy line of ~160 Swallow-tailed Kites fly south, parallel to SW 237 Avenue. Eventually, they kettled and drifted to the southeast. My out-the-opposite-window-and-through-the-bins shot does not do justice to the spectacular sight.
Brian must have glued his Common Nighthawks to the branches because there was one perched every 30 yards. Four King Rails were heard along SW 237 Avenue and Purple Martins were in abundance.
