Wood Duck (Holeyland Road where pavement ends)
Spotted Sandpiper
Ruddy Turnstone
Western Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Cave Swallow
and

BANK SWALLOW

The most productive fiels were along 827A south of Belle Glade, on south side of 880 east of Duda Road, Gladeview Road (Roth Sod) about 1 1/2 miles down, and the road where we met up with Bob Wallace. This road is the next one east of Roth Sod and, and goes next to some very large metal cylinders on a factory type thing. Continuing south you'll find an agricultural staging area. The field was located east of here. Bob spoke to someone there and they gave him the OK to take the road east to the ponds. Also, taking Browns Farm road, there were some flooded fields when you take the 3rd bridge and go north.

While we didn't find any rarities and shorebird numbers haven't peaked, we did find thousands of shorebirds, and these sumbers should continue to increase in the coming weeks.

Cheers!
