I thought Bald Eagle as well, but they would have to be 1st years since there was no patches of white anywhere that I could see.
When they flew, my initial thoughts were that they flew very similar to vultures with the slow swoops and kind of lazy looking flight. I cannot say for sure whether they were straight or dihedral though.
I am going to try to go back and see if they are still around.
