We're beginning to see evidence of fall migration around Castellow Hammock Park. Gnatcatchers, warblers, vireos, northern waterthrush, and an unidentified hummingbird (just a brief glimpse out my office window).
As most birders know, if you show up at the park and the gate is locked, you can park on the south side of the gate along SW 162 Avenue and walk in.
