We have noticed an increase in Vultures as well in the last couple of weeks. Yesterday while birding the Cutler Wetlands and Mt. Thrashmore we observed a kettle of Vultures that was about 250-350 strong. There were two Red-shouldered Hawks and one Osprey mixed in there. Our good friend once told us to always pick through a kettle of Vulture because there could be a treat in store for you as in the case of yesterday! Thanks AMRO.
